"We had a good time here, but there are things that could use improvement. There was a snowstorm the day we were set to arrive and we were not sure if we were going to be able to get to the property. I got a text from the owner of the house the day of check in asking if we had a 4WD vehicle as the road goes unplowed usually. Luckily, we had AWD and snow tires so we were okay. "We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage! It's the best of both worlds... we had all the modern amenities of home, but were surrounded by the WV's mountains and natural beauty. It was close to everything we wanted to see in the area; walking distance or a short drive to just about everything. There's a trailhead literally across the street. We rented a bike from the shop a few blocks away and spent hours exploring the Greenbrier River Trail. Our 9 year old actually spent more time...
