One of my favorite Hotels

This hotel is amazing! We wanted to extend our stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were excellent, nice pool and spa! Rooms were clean and super nice and updated Garden was nice to relax in. Excellent breakfast included. Close to the train station and bus station and to the town of Chiusa which has great restaurants. We took the bus to the Dolomites from the main station. Super great stay. Hopefully will come back some day! 10/10!

Great view! Very good spa! Good food. Clean nice room. Take the free bus to the mountain top for excellent walks.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are roomy, very nice. The pools and spa services are top notch. The location is great, Ortesei is a great town and base for hiking in the Dolomite’s. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it!

The hotel is beautifully designed and carefully curated in every detail, with exceptionally attentive staff. We loved the stylish common areas and the convenient proximity to the ski facilities. During our summer stay, we enjoyed the variety of activities offered and the excellent cuisine prepared by the chef and his team. From reception to the bar, wellness center, and restaurant, the staff made us feel truly welcome. A highly recommended stay!

We had a fantastic three night stay at the Adler and totally loved our experience. All aspects of this hotel were fabulous and well worth the money. The spa was incredible with options for specialty services such as massages, mud baths, and salt grottos that were most enjoyable. The pools and outdoor saunas were also relaxing. The grounds were impeccable and a real oasis of calm. We purchased the half board which allowed us to enjoy extensive breakfast, lunch, afternoon cake, and dinner dining...

Excellent experience for all family members. Great breakfats are included (half board means free for guests). Dinner at hotel are sumptuous and elegant with wonderful services. Bar and wine selection are superb. Our room has a enormous balcony facing the immense meadow and far away mountain range. We loved everything about this hotel. Full kitchen including oven. Great for families. Kids loved the play area outside. Adorable tiny Town within walking distance. Hope to visit again!

Everything was excellent, the bed could use a more comfortable mattress - not bad - but given the quality of everything else, I would think an upgrade to the quality and comfort to the mattress makes sense.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Spa/sauna area is great. Location is great! Food is fantastic!
