"Good hotel right above the MRT station. Good room facilities and an excellent swimming pool. Great for cooling off after a days sightseeing. Our room was very compact and in hindsight I should have booked a bigger room. Singapore can have some very small hotel rooms."

"We booked this as had early morning flight and was short taxi drive to airport. About 20 mins. It's reasonably priced but room was a bit cramped and walls paper thin so didn't get the best sleep. Not a lot to eat in the area but plenty of nightlife. Was travelling with young children so didn't get to try sadly. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing, minimal selection but ok. All in all, clean and convenient and fine for a couple of nights "

"Overall, we had a nice stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of eateries and conveniences nearby, which made getting around and finding food very easy. The breakfast was also a highlight — there was a wide variety of options and everything was generally fresh and well-prepared. However, our experience at reception was disappointing. The staff member named Mariz was quite rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly during check-in. First impressions matter a lot, and this interaction did not reflect well on the hotel. Management may want to review staffing at the front desk, as this is the first point of contact for guests. Additionally, the omelet station at breakfast could be improved. The staff member there seemed inexperienced, as we were served an undercooked, runny omelet that was not prepared according to our request, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a good hotel with a great location and solid breakfast, but improvements in service — especially at reception and the omelet station — would make a big difference. "

"This is a charming, quirky hotel in a great area. The staff is awesome. They are helpful and charming. The only drawback is the size of the rooms especially the bathroom. Both are small but the bathroom is tiny."

"Hotel was ok for a short stay but rhe family room was very small. Hard to open your luggage up and be comfy. Main gripe for me was no window, it was obstructed by shutters so it felt a bit stuffy. No breakfast or amenities but great location for food snd markets. Was good value for money. "
