“在度假村裡每天都有員工親切問候、笑容和用心的服務，度假村前面的浮潛範圍真的很美，如果夠幸運還能看到小鯊魚和海龜。食物也很驚豔，每道料理的醬汁都很特別。親子、蜜月都很適合的環境。提醒來的時候注意度假村提供的免費船班時間，不然是要額外付費。島上也有行程可以預訂，雖價錢不像本島上經濟，但服務品質和專屬小團旅遊的感覺很好！”

“The room, staff and food was lovely. But, the Safety, risk and emergency procedures make this a dangerous place to stay. I fell off the jetty due to poor lighting, breaking a number of bones. My husband jumped in and saved me, other guests helped us, while staff were lovely they had no idea, could not swim and no first aid box or stretcher/board. “I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! Breakfast on 6th floor was not organized. I ordered a latte and need to go……

“La chambre est bien, le personnel gentil, mais au restaurant, la moitié du menu n’est pas disponible, pas un seul jus de fruit, même pas du coca cola. La piscine n’était pas bien traité: l’eau est trouble et nous nous sommes baignés seulement la journée de notre arrivée, elle était claire. Les quatre autres jours, elle était trouble. Le parc Komodo était fermé, pas de bateau, pas de Dragons, pas de plongée, pas de snorkeling. Ils devraient avertir le monde, payer un hôtel lointain sans accès à……

“Basic room, nice staffs and good location. But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast. There's no wifi. Towels are dingy. Door has a gap which allows unruly tourists noise and cigarette smells to come in. We requested early breakfast box the day before in the morning but we did not get any as the cook did not show up. Staffs……
