“Nice large clean upstairs apartment within walking distance of shopping and restaurants as well as campus. Off-street parking was a little tight for two (upstairs downstairs) apartments. The downstairs occupants could be noisy despite signs about evening quiet hours. Overall, we enjoyed having this centrally located apartment as our home base.”

“The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. “The host was very prompt and communicative. The place was also nearby downtown and had beautiful interiors. The o to recommendation I have would be to eventually change out the bed comforter, some pillows, and the mattress cover. I investigated a little too deeply and saw big brown stains on all of them which I understand comes from many guests using them and doing who knows what over time. It's just nice to come to a clean-looking bed. It was also hard to get used to the upstairs neighbors. I……

“The king bedroom bed was improperly built and when my fiance sat on the bed the right side collapsed and him and his bottled water fell to the floor. He was able to properly install the bed slats and clips otherwise we would have had to sleep in the double beds room on the second floor without adequate a/c.The single queen adjustable bed was soiled (stained) broken and had a foul odor to it.The single twin bedroom had a mattress that was a pop up cot - we didn’t use it for sleeping but checked……
