Instructions on how to get to your accommodation once you had accessed the room cards whilst on foot was difficult as instructions were aimed at people with a vehicle. "

And still don’t know when can get the refund. Room condition is not maintained well. Floor sticky. Shower pipe broken. Sink tab broken."
