“The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!……

“Interesting and eclectic camping with many fun and unique features. Mini golf, volleyball, full size Monopoly games to name a few. Tents are great with comfy beds (I slept great), mini fridges and Roku TV. And they stand up well to heavy rain (we had a downpour overnight) with no leaks. Warm shower with towels, 2 bathrooms w sinks. Campsites have fire pits with firewood and Appalachian chairs. And they have BBQs too. The Zen Den is well stocked with food. Location is excellent. “I used to stay in it when it was the holiday house which was a purely 50s motel. it’s been bought and refurbished and renamed the brooks.
