Loved this property! It is my new hotel whenever I visit NY. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing, I felt like a queen at this hotel. The room was beautiful. It was the best and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Every hotel staff member went above and beyond. The Location is in the heart of Battery Park, across the street from a children’s playground, a High end shopping mall, and many eateries. There is a movie theatre in the same building as the hotel. I can go on and on about this hotel. I am the most particular about hotels and I do not have one negative thing to say. Worth every dime! Thank you Conrad hotel for making my trip To NYC special! Highly recommend!

Nice place, not happy about having to pay to rent a refrigerator and microwave.
