“Absolutely gorgeous property, with one of the best yards any of us have ever seen. Close to town, hiking trails, and highways, but felt private and so peaceful. We were a group of writing friends using a long weekend as a mini retreat to get some work done, and had a wonderful stay. We hope to return as soon as life lets us! ”

“My friends and I will usually rent a cabin at nice a year or so, mostly staying in the Poconos or Catskills. We found this location on VRBO and loved it. The treehouse was a cool addition, made for some good pictures. The backyard was a good size and had a nice-sized fire pit and plenty of wood. The rooms were a good size, we all slept comfortably, and everything was very clean. The owner of the location was very easy to converse with and communicated well without being overbearing. “My family and I stayed here for a nice, little fall get away and it was perfect! The cabin was beautiful and just what we were looking for to take in the beautiful fall weather and scenery. The check in process was super easy and efficient and it was a great location on a small mountain with trees and nature all around. It was secluded but not too much where we felt isolated. “The property was gorgeous, had plenty of room, and was very cozy. We cooked some great meals using the well equipped barbecue and kitchen, enjoyed the scenery, and made good use of the ping pong table and poker set. The check in and out process was seamless. 10/10”

“Stocked with everything we needed. Outside could use some cleanup, however, it’s been raining forever. I think the pictures made it look like the creek was right there by the patio but it is across the dirt road down a bank. Not far at all to walk to the spot that is in pictures. I did have to fold sheets that were in the dryer and take a load out of the washer and dry & fold also as soon as i got there, the washer and dryer were still running when we arrived. “we rented this house for my daughter‘s high school graduation for extended family members. It was well equipped, extremely cozy and spacious. The owner was amazing and very helpful with any questions we had. I would strongly recommend this to any group looking to stay in the Blairstown area!”

"It's okay, but it doesn't make sense to have no heating in the guest room this season. I asked the receptionist, and they didn't admit it. But that's okay. I'm only staying with my family for one night. I think there will be cold air in summer."
