We ate several evening meals here and they were as good as any restaurant in the area. The Chef works very hard to optimize flavor and presentation. The location is almost adjacent to Victor Hugo‘s house. It was a warm day during our first evening and the hotel was able to supply us with a fan. If……

“Lovely staff at this wonderful hotel. Staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was a real treat, with lots to choose from. Room was clean and had a lovely view of the sea. There was ample parking, although we didn’t use it. Hotel very near a bus stop. Three very nice restaurants to choose from too.”

I found it be peaceful, I was at the rear of the property, and particularly liked the second door into the room, which I'm shielded me from any hallway activity. “Normally the best price for a room is by phoning and booking direct with the hotel, not in this case, it was considerably cheaper to book online? Most staff seem happy and helpful except the chap we got the pool towels from, maybe because it was a hot sunny day and he was stuck inside a gloomy room at his desk Outdoor pool Ok but indoor needs refurbishing looks like black mould all around the grouting on the spa pools not nice to see Food in restaurant and at breakfast very good, but again the……

“Attractive hotel and garden. Excellent breakfast choice and efficient and friendly breakfast staff. I enjoyed the pool in the spa area and my husband loved the private hot tub on our patio. Our maid/housekeeping attendant was called Navjot, special mention for her efficient and excellent service, she made our stay very comfortable. Nice touch with arrangement of towels etc. Only unfortunate aspect is noise from private events on Fri and Sat in one or two of the ground floor rooms, the music did……
