“The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.”

They also don’t have front desk staff and they should be officially removed from Expedia. We arrived and promptly left after 30 minutes. STAY AWAY!!!!”

“When we checked in - we didn’t get any information except to download the RIU App. No map of the hotel until I asked 3 days later. Didn’t inform us that there was not an elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. No information about activities at the hotel. Only found there was an information Kiosk 3 days later- after asking. Staff ate Sports Bar upstairs was very rude when we asked for something to drink. Just through our drinks to us. The Spa service was not professional- my pedicure was……
