"Great for our family of 5, modern clean room, useful kitchenette and washing machine, good location close to lots of trains and easy to get around. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff at reception. Would happily stay here again!"
"This hotel exceeded the standards of all other luxury hotels that we have used. The staff was the most pleasant and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10."
"Location was great and the hotel and the surrounding area is very safe. Staff was friendly and great, and the atmosphere is a great respite from a busy and hectic shopping day."

"There was so much to do in the area. If you needed a cab they were always there. The Tokyo Tower is just down the street. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel, amenities and staff were excellent Highly recommend this place "
"Very excellent stay at the hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very close but I public transportation as well. Really cool view of Tokyo tower from the lobby. "
"Great modern hotel in an excellent location close to 3 different subway stations making it very easy to get to most of the well known sights of Tokyo. Worked out really well. Washer dryer in the room is very handy if you are in a group, although you might need help with the Japanese controls. Well designed room with lift access, although entry corridor inside the room is a little cramped. Friendly staff, and the sell bottled water on reception for ¥50 which is the cheapest you'll find anywhere. Close to several konbinis and numerous restaurant options around Daimon Station, including several good breakfast places like Matsuya, Fuji Soba, Dennys, Precious Moments and other coffee shops. Beware that the hotel does NOT handle luggage forwarding, so you will have to use the 7-11 a few mins walk away. Price for the room was great value too. TIP: They have special "TOSO double window blinds" in the room. You'll need to watch a Youtube video to figure out how to operate!"
"This a very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff! The rooms are nice and the pajamas that are provided are both top and bottoms, which is nice. Also take complementary toiletries are very nice and they have an extremely large option/range of things to choose from including nice face products!"
