If you are traveling to Sapporo, book this one!"
"I stayed 4 nights here, and i had no complaints. Great facility with nearby retails that i appreciated a lot. My room was pretty big with both bathtub and shower stall in westernized fashion. "
"Rooms were clean, comfortable and quite spacious for Japan rooms. My family enjoyed using the gym for early morning workouts and our friends made good us of the hotel washing machines. Having a separate elevator to get to the lobby and the hotel rooms was at times bothersome, since it took longer, but I appreciated the safety and protection for hotel guests. The hotel location was convenient—close to subway, lots of shopping and assorted eateries available in walking distance! "
"First time in Sapporo with family of 4. Great location as it’s close to lots of restaurants. The rooms were very spacious as well. Also multiple convenience store like Lawson & Seico Mart around the corners. There is also a small grocery store near by and a laundry place close by to do laundry if needed.
Only down side was the temperature outside was so hot (32-42 degrees Celsius) and the AC can only set to a max of 20 degrees Celsius which was hard to sleep. Good thing the next day we asked the staff to check the AC, but there was nothing they can do and offer us a fan which helped a lot as it would help circulate the air in the room. "
"Excellent hotel, big room, gorgeous view. Staff was super helpful and kind. Onsen was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Sapporo."
"Granbell is a hidden gem; great value for the money; access to a small fitness room and onsen spa bath on top floor is also a plus.
We would stay there again;

"We both really liked the hotel restaurant! It was very easy to book and to eat at, though arrows indicating what direction to move in at the buffet might be helpful in the future."
"My husband and I really liked Unwind Hotel and Bar Sapporo. It has a woodsy cabin-like vibe to it. We got the room with a king-sized bed and still had plenty of space. Daily breakfast of soup and bread was delivered to our door. It was delicious. The staff was friendly and their English was good. Communication was not a problem. No on-site washer/dryer but they do offer laundry service for a fee. On the top floor, is a cozy bar, which we liked. There is also a rooftop area for open air seating. For the reasonable rate and the size and comfort of the room, I would absolutely stay there again. "
"The hotel is very new. It is located on the 7th floor of a shopping/cinema/dining complex. From the Susukino train station, take exit 4, which brings you right to the front of the hotel."
"We had a lovely one night stay in the Courtyard Hotel. Brand new hotel, with parking (at a cost) in a good location in the city. Breakfast was great, an excellent buffet choice in a lovely restaurant. Service was friendly and professional. Our room was a good size, comfy, clean and modern. Overall a lovely hotel for a short break. "
