"Masamichi-san was very helpful in assisting us settle in and responsive with the questions we had. It was a quiet and restful experience. It was later at night when we got in through the snow, so we mistook another keypad for his place but it was shortly rectified. Overall, a nice experience. "

The whole process was very relaxed. We then were walked over to our room, they offered to carry our things and than showed us everything in the room. Hotel was next to the Chitose station. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of hotel. There is also an Aeon short walk away. The Onsen at the hotel was nice. Room was clean and good size.

A clean, modern studio apartment about a 10 minute walk to the train station and restaurants as well as the Salmon Aquarium where there is a nice market. There is also a Seicomart across the street and 7-11 about 5 minutes further. Assigned parking in front if driving. Checking in was easy and secure. Support was very attentive to answering my pesky questions when needed. There is a house manual of instructions. However, it was missing a few details such as how to operate the door cam/ringer....
