We visited for four days during July 2017. Had a great stay at this location!! Sarge and Debbie, the owners, do a fantastic job of making you feel at home and welcomed!! The rooms are clean with working AC and Cable TV, not that you'll spend much time in your room with all of the outdoor activities in the area!! The property has direct access down to Kern River, with great places to sit back and enjoy the views and meditate by the water. There is a General Store right across the street,...

Beautiful place to stay… clean, cozy & quiet! Right across the street from the river & close to town & restaurants. Highly recommend

Such a cute, quiet place to stay for a quick weekend getaway. We love it there and everyone is so welcoming and thoughtful.

Great place, all you could hear was the river and the birds.

We really enjoyed our first time here. Such a convenient little spot to everything!

The room was comfortable and quiet. And the staff was very friendly! It’s now my favorite place to stay in kernville

Quiet location with excellent view of the river. Close to Kernville. Comfortable room and bed.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our room had one queen bed with kitchenette (didn't use). Walls were pretty knotty pine that gave the room a cabin feel. Front desk employees exceptionally friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, remote control A/C system, color TV. Reserved parking space right outside the door. Riverview lodge is our happy place we absolutely love going there every year and look forward to going back! Owners are so kind and welcoming we always appreciate the hospitality and warmth they exude. Right in the center of town if you want to walk to dinner or walk to get a drink. Love kernville we look forward to being back again.

What a beautiful hotel. The surrounding nature is so pristine and peaceful. A babbling stream and waterfalls with lush greenery made my mind immediately feel at ease. The lodge itself is so cozy, very clean and my room had beautiful views of the surrounding trees and I could hear the stream when I opened my window. The hotel manager, Adam, was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I travelled on my own and felt this will be my new happy place, anytime I need some time out in nature. The...

Perfect mix of camping but with some of the comforts of home. The restrooms and showers were clean and well stocked. There were dinner options nearby and it was pretty close to trail of 100 giants. Probably best to visit late summer once nights start to cool down. My husband and I had a blast and can’t wait to visit again with our kiddo.
