The apartment was cockroach infested (all over the cutlery, shower, under beds, etc.). The floors were so dirty that just walking barefoot led to a layer of caked dirt underfoot. The staff at reception were nice enough, but the hygiene situation is unacceptable. Especially since they somehow expect ...
