I booked our room online 15 minutes before we arrived. There were 5 rooms left, supposedly. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available, unless we wanted one without a TV or one with a faulty heating/air conditioner. Both were unacceptable to us. The desk ladies were very apologetic. One said she’d go look for another remote. We sat down In the lounge area and a few minutes later we were given a room for our requested 2 night stay. Not sure what happened. Everything was great from the room to breakfast. Nice big area to sit for breakfast unlike most have you jammed in a small room. I think they need to work on monitoring their website rooms. We had traveled all day and were very tired, we didn’t need a room problem. The staff were very friendly!
