"Love the Japanese style bathroom and separate toilet that self flushes! Very convenient location to train station and tram lines and shopping / dining / attractions areas. Great that the tv screen mirrors my phone — first hotel on my trip that can do that. Staff was helpful especially coming back to me the next day with good advise after my first failed and a tad frustrating query the night before. Great price on this app for the hotel "

"Great hotel. Very modern and classy. Great location attached to the train station. Restaurants are good with great food selections. The staff are extremely kind and professional. The lobby is huge with comfortable seats, a nice piano bar and a soothing fountain. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location was excellent for our purposes since we like to walk, we’re not with a group and the sites we were interested in seeing were close by The staff was helpful and we were pleased that the concierge was able to cancel a trip to the island because of the heavy rain. The views from our window were lovely overlooking the mountains and even the castle nearby. However , the room itself lacked the charm of other Japanese hotels we had stayed in. Also , for a hotel this size we expected that there would be a coffee shop or area where we could have a light breakfast and not only have a buffet breakfast available. We ended up walking in heavy rain to finally find a charming restaurant for a light breakfast"

"Location is great, very close to the train station and walking distance to baseball stadium and Costco. Breakfast is great. Very thoughtful with toiletries in case you forgot something. Would definitely stay there again."
