“We stayed at the Habitat. There was no staff to assist. Signage only says check out but no check in so it was confusing, We had to seek help from the nearby friendly Karin Onsen staff. This is okay but it would be better if we were informed in advance.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for families with kids. The attic-style beds were a huge hit with the children and made the stay extra fun. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also loved the outdoor table area where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. “This place was so awful! The whole site was like a ghost town! We were the only guests staying on the whole site, it was so eerie. Several of the pods were ripped and falling apart. Staff were not helpful, missing out telling us key information at check-in. Our pod was dirty, stains everywhere. The curtains were broken so we could not shut them properly at night meaning we did not have privacy. I had to tie the curtains together with my own hair accessories.
