"This was one of our best hotel stays ever. The staff were the nicest people I have ever met in hospitality, the room was spotless and full of awesome tech, the bed was very comfortable, the views were amazing, and the location was perfect.
If you are going to Tokyo and want to splurge a little, please stay here. I will miss this place dearly when we leave."

"An excellent location to reach Akihabara and Skytree. There’s also plenty of affordable dining options nearby, not to mention the awesome view of the famous Skytree. The Sobu local train line is convenient though the rush hour commute can frustrate you. It’s overall great value for the price."

"The room was very comfortable and large by Japanese standards. I stayed in a Premier Grand floor and enjoyed the extra amenities and the lounge which offered a nice quiet breakfast area. The other breakfast restaurants are full and have lines to get in. The staff was very professional and warm."

"Had a nice, spacious room with view, on the 35th floor. Very quiet during the night. The curtains are not super opaque though. Everything else was great for the price."
