The local people “guests” were noisy and disruptive at night in other rooms, despite the cleaning staff asking them to keep it down for other guests. "Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious."

"We recently spent a week in a pool villa at Ayung Resort and had an incredible time. The location is breathtaking, nestled right in the jungle, and we were thrilled to see monkeys and other wildlife right from our room. We were particularly impressed with the staff and the high level of service. The food was delicious and the spa was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Although some of the facilities are a little dated and could use some maintenance, this didn't detract from our stay. Overall, it was a very good experience and we left feeling completely rejuvenated"
