The AC wotked great. We were comfortable all night. Fresh nespresso or tea in the AM. Would definitely stay there again"

"i arrived jetlagged from USA. I was so tired and check in was at 3 and usually thats the way it is but from time to time i've been lucky and have gotten a room when I arrive in Europe in the am. What upsets me is that they had rooms but wanted to gouge me for 60 Euros instead which wasn't nice. So I was forced to walk around in the cold for 7 hours till they were ready. So unfair, I never stay there again !"
