Great location on a quiet side street, close to everything. Lobby has limited hours but manager responded quickly. While waiting for lobby to open there's a really good winebar next door!

I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Joy and her parents are absolutely amazing and helpful hosts. If you’re looking for authentic Italian charm, in a great location in historic interior of Siena, look no further. The terrace was my favourite area to relax with my book and a vino after touring all day in town.

Although called B&B, there was no offer of breakfast. It was a comfortable stay and it was near all the sights. Bathroom had a sensor light and had tendecy to go out when you were having a shower plunging you into pitch darkness if you have the door closed!

Perfect stay!

I was extremely happy with my stay! I arrived at the B&B after a particularly difficult day of travel, and the staff welcomed me so warmly that i immediately felt much better. The room was comfortable and clean, and I really appreciated having access to a full kitchen! I was in Siena for a conference, and the location of the hotel was perfect - very central, within walking distance to everything. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

Joy was exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful! The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a pleasant walk away from all the major attractions, delicious restaurants, and charming shops. Be mindful of your luggage, as the steps are quite steep; we ended up sliding our luggage down the steps.

We really enjoyed staying here! The room was clean and comfortable and Diffuso was excellent at making recommendations when we asked. There was some noise outside in the evenings but it did not go late. Although we did not use it, there was a kitchen available. The name “B&B” was a little misleading as we thought there was breakfast but you do have the option to make your own

The managers of the B&B were very personable, and what few needs that we had, both Palo and Joya responded very quickly. Every day someone came in and made my bed, left clean towels, and cleaned up the bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything one might need to prepare their own meal. Overall I would recommend it, and on a side note Siena is a fantastic place to visit.

Nothing can beat the location of the hotel which is a few minutes by foot to the Duomo. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The staff, Joy and Mikaela, were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The room I stayed in did not have air conditioning but having a fan and opening the window for a one night stay during summer worked for me. The WiFi connection did not work in my room, but it was nice that there was a folding table if you need to work.

I should have booked a longer stay!!!

Hotel staff reached out a few days before my check-in for my anticipated arrival time. The check-in was busy (two other groups arriving within 5 minutes), but they had adequate staff to provide us all prompt service which had been an issue with some prior hotel/car bookings. I’m conversational w/Italian but the host also spoke excellent English. While escorting me to my room, the host also made note of the time change that evening which I thought was very considerate where not all countries use day-light savings. My private single room was just around the corner from the main reception and was accessed through a main entrance with a kitchenette & sitting room shared by two other rooms. I was unaware that I had kitchen access, which may have been my oversight in the booking. so this was a very pleasant surprise since I’m an athlete and eat frequently! I also had a private garden that was a serene green escape in the otherwise brick & stone city. My bed was sooooo comfortable. Cozy blankets, good mattress, plush yet firm pillow for good neck support (this is a big bonus for me coming off a shoulder injury). I was only in the city for one night and had I known my hotel was such a perfect fit for me I would have stayed longer.
