"Clean rooms, onsite check-in was smooth and fast. Staff unable to advise if Sauna and Steam facilities were free or a fee needed to be paid. Evening Buffet had a good selection of local cuisine, unfortunately the breakfast was cold. I had sausage bacon and been and toast, when it was brought to the attention of staff, the provided hot beans in a small bowl, by which time the rest had gone cold. In the end i just had coffee and toast, this was at he start fo the breakfast buffet times (0630)"

"Impressive grand lobby but spacious rooms don't match in quality with a musty smell and lack of modern design. Not 5 star based on stained sheets, cheaper rough bath towels, and inability to reach front desk from room phone or mobile. Breakfast mediocre with some dirty plates/glasses, tables not properly cleaned with disinfectant, and buffet not refreshed regularly. The pool is dirty due to pigeons. Seems like a 3 star experience which doesn't fit the expectations of Hilton. I would stay at Grand Hyatt nearby for the 5 star feel. "

"Beautiful grand lobby, great dining options, modern spacious rooms but very noisy at night due to club music next door. The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. Front desk manager and housekeeping manager also very attentive to ensure we had a lovely stay. "

"I want to begin this review by saying i was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and staff. I would be so bold as to say this hotel is the BEST in all of Gurugram, and i say that with confidence because i have stayed at many of the 4 and 5 star hotels here. Special thanks must be given to Sylvester because his professionalism and indepth explanation is what ultimately led to me book my stay at the Taj.
