“Our stay at Simpson Bay Resort was okay overall, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. One of the positives was the beach area. It was nice and relaxing, and we appreciated that we were able to get a palapa and chairs in the morning without having to wake up extremely early just to reserve a spot. The paid breakfast buffet, however, was less than okay. The food was below average in taste, and there were very limited options for anyone with dietary restrictions or……

“Did not originally receive an ocean view room as I booked online , due to the fact I needed to specify that I wanted a ocean view although that's what I booked , it was more like a resort style room but once I complained to the manager (Wendy) I quickly was changed to a new room that was ocean view. My new room however was clean but I kept hearing loud noises at 2am that woke me up out of my sleep. The walls seemed very thin but overall the room was kept very clean.
