“Poolside chairs and amenities were very nice, very nice view. Great location. It's the small things that didn't make it a 4 or 5 star. Staff was mediocre - front desk check in not so friendly, The wifi was terrible in room, our A/C setting didn't work and they made it our responsibility to followup with maintenance, cleaning staff didn't fill up toiletries, and even when proctively asked for later check out, said had to check the day of and then said our room was given out.”

“Very walkable location and grocery store within the resort is very convenient. Excursion available right from the resort docks. Restaurants on site were very good. Breakfast buffest was plentiful. Very family friendly.”

“We paid for a beach view but had no beach view and the beach is like a 5min walk but not swimable because of all the rocks”

“主人熱情好客，可以提供各種旅遊景點、餐廳、停車場等訊息。飯店本身就臨近 Simpson Bay 海灘，如果不想跑遠的話，飯店有提供免費的沙灘椅 & 陽傘。在聖馬丁島最重要的就是沙灘行程，飯店基本上隨時準備 4 條以上的乾淨沙灘巾在房內，隨時出去玩回來都可以換用，非常貼心。”

“A clean as advertised hotel and a positive experience overall. Only complainant is that the nightclub across the street was very very loud until 0230 or later.”
