“At check-in the person at the desk was very rude and unpleasant when I mentioned we were going to use the pool. The carpet in the room felt gross, so much so I did not stay the night. I left and went back home. Because I left quickly, I ended up leaving some things in the bathroom. The person at the desk the next morning was very helpful in seeing my things were retrieved and returned to me.”

“Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the pool, as we were in town for a kids’ baseball tournament and wanted our children to have a way to relax and unwind after a long day of games.
