Property was very nice and quiet! I didn’t like that we didn’t have outlets near the bed, so our phones had to be across the room but it wasn’t such a big deal.

A tale of front desk workers: the night guy was fantastic! Helpful, kind and even made me laugh. Very pleasant. The morning lady was a witch. Threw the phone on the desk, literally, when putting someone on hold, was rude when i asked for a copy of my room key. Overall bad attitude.

I made reservations for two rooms at this property, with confirmation numbers through Expedia. When I arrived, I only had one room and they were sold out. There were 4 of us, while we looked like a family, we were not, and horribly awkward. When I tried to contact Expedia at 11pm, they said there wasn't anything they could do, but ask the hotel for a refund and I could find my own rooms. Well, we survived the night in one room. But... We were in the main building on 3rd floor without an elevator. 3 large suitcases up 3 flights of stairs while already ticked off was awesome. We needed to use the laundry facility, but there was probably 4 loads just sitting there and ended up going to a pretty sketchy laundromat down the road. The lobby smell was atrocious and overwhelming like some sort of poopup mall Christmas Store. Never again.

Musty stale smelling. Needs attention to providing a more pleasant experience. Don’t like saying this since I know some of the owners family from childhood. I’m not saying I wouldn’t go back but a less seemingly unhealthy smelling experience would be better and little more personable staff would be no ice as well.

The hotel was one if the quietest places we have ever stayed. It's by a medical center and in a nice neighborhood. Good beds. Would definitely stay there again.

Motel is right by the hospital so we felt safe. Really didn’t hear any nose. Staff was kind. Served our purpose. Second time staying there. Easy access to where we wanted to go.

Great place to stay the only bad comment I would have is they need to get better bigger TV sets. The TV sets are way too small but otherwise a great place to stay and I recommend it.
