Visible from the property. Beautiful beach visibwith grassy area and lounge chairs with a view of the ocean. on the property. Within walking distance to Caticugan Marine Sanctuary which boasts exquisite coral and neon,colorful fish. The best snorkeling experience I've had in the Philippines so far! ...

The place was not as I expected on the picture, beside the beach house is a public place which most locals drink, screaming and singing. No privacy !!!! Terrible experience. Never again!
