Boasting filtered fairway views and within an easy stroll of the on-site pool and tennis courts, this four-bedroom delight is the perfect choice for a Black Butte Ranch getaway. Designed with entertainment in mind, in-home features include a variety of games and two private decks furnished for outdoor living complete with a gas grill and private hot tub. Modern essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Radiant floor heating throughout adds a deluxe touch and mini-split air-conditioning units in the main living area and upper primary provides extra comfort through the warmer months.

The spacious main floor showcases an open layout with cathedral ceilings, strong natural lighting, and expansive windows offering a complete view of the golf course through the tree line. The immaculate kitchen comes well-equipped for home-cooking including an insta-hot and all major appliances and countertop gadgets, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's seating at the breakfast bar and full meals can be enjoyed at the dining table (additional chairs and folding tables available). Anchored by a central, wood-burning fireplace, the living area comes ready for family entertainment. Relax on the power-reclining leather sofa (with USB ports and headrests) while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV or challenge your guests to some friendly competition on the 2-in-1 Pool/Ping-Pong table.

Downstairs, a second living area comes equipped with a smart TV for household convenience. The garage comes furnished with a dartboard and a selection of kid's and adult bikes for even more fun.

Primary suites can be found on each floor. The main floor primary also includes a loft (accessed via spiral stairs) equipped with an office desk and a Murphy bed. A bonus room is furnished with a queen sofa bed for an additional sleeping space.

Fire up the gas grill on the side deck for alfresco dining or head out to the back deck for a soothing soak in the private hot tub. A variety of games and lawn toys including pickleball, tennis, night bocce ball supplies, and more provide outdoor family-friendly fun.

Black Butte Ranch has tons to explore and do, with miles of biking trails, on-site golf, a shared pool, and tennis courts available. Nearby activities include skiing, hiking, and boating. Sisters or Bend are both an easy day trip away for shopping and dining.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
