“Wir hatten eine Suite mit Privatpool. Das Hotel liegt abseits von der Innenstadt, die man jedoch mit dem Bus im halben stündigen Abstand gut erreichen kann. Eine einzige Taverne ist fußläufig in der Nähe, wenn man auswärts essen möchte. Das Essen wird im Buffet angeboten. Das Personal ist immer nett und höflich, aber es gibt viel Personal was kein englisch, deutsch oder selbst griechisch sprechen kann. Die Verständigung war somit schwierig. Das Putzpersonal ist unfähig gewesen frische Handtücher……

“Eigentlich alles perfekt - bis auf das Essen. Bin wirklich nicht verwöhnt, aber sowohl Fisch als auch Fleischgerichte waren IMMER nicht genießbar: zu Tode gegrillt oder gebraten. Kein Saft, kein Geschmack, hart & zäh. Ferner war das Live Cooking im Restaurant aufgrund einer fehlenden leistungsstarken Abzugsanlagen eine Räucherei der Gäste. Hier ist noch ganz viel Luft nach oben. Würde das Hotel aufgrund der Küche nicht nochmal buchen.”

“Dieses Hotel war mit Abstand das schlechteste, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Selbst zwei Sterne sind für dieses Hotel noch zu viel. Das einzig Positive waren die freundlichen Mitarbeiter vom Housekeeping und im Restaurant. Die Zimmer wirkten nur oberflächlich sauber, waren aber in Wirklichkeit schmutzig. Das Badezimmer unseres Zimmers war voller Schimmel – absolut inakzeptabel. Unser Zimmer hatte außerdem einen privaten Pool, der ebenfalls schmutzig war und offensichtlich nicht regelmäßig……

“The most picturesque hotel! The grounds are beautiful. The pool area is really relaxing, perfect for a late afternoon dip after being out exploring or at the beach. The staff were all really lovely and helpful too. Breakfast is one the biggest perks. A huge range of options with some really delicious traditional options. We stayed in the Aquila suite which was situated right at the other end of the compound where there is only one other room. This was great for us as it was really private! The……

“Das Hotel sowie Service und Personal waren herausragend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in unserer Luxury Villa mit Sea Front Lage sehr genossen. Kleinigkeiten könnte man beanstanden was für ein Hotel der Größe allerdings normal ist. Die einzige kleine Empfehlung wäre die Schlafmöglichkeit im EG zu ändern. Das wäre aber auch schon alles und der Urlaub war rundum wundervoll! Wir werden wieder kommen und sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus.”

Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all.”

“Bonjour, nous sommes arrivés très tard dans la nuit, l'accueil était de très bonne qualité, nous avons même eu le plaisir d'avoir un repas chaud qui nous attendait dans le restaurant, merci pour cette super attention.
