“Kleinschalig, rustig, mooie ligging, behulpzaam personeel. In bezit van vervoer aan te bevelen maar er gaat ook een Bus. ”

“L’hôtel est très agréable et le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. La chambre est confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. La plage de sable est facilement accessible et des sièges sont disponibles. La nourriture est très bonne et bien présentée. Tout était parfait.”

“Wir hatten eine Suite mit Privatpool. Das Hotel liegt abseits von der Innenstadt, die man jedoch mit dem Bus im halben stündigen Abstand gut erreichen kann. Eine einzige Taverne ist fußläufig in der Nähe, wenn man auswärts essen möchte. Das Essen wird im Buffet angeboten. Das Personal ist immer nett und höflich, aber es gibt viel Personal was kein englisch, deutsch oder selbst griechisch sprechen kann. Die Verständigung war somit schwierig. Das Putzpersonal ist unfähig gewesen frische Handtücher……

“Das Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen! Es ist deutlich runtergewohnt, man bemerkt überall dass es die beste Zeit hinter sich hat, sei es bei den Bädern oder beim Essen, es wird sehr gespart. Dazu ist die komplette Animation auf französische vom Lookea Club! Andere Gäste werden hier ausgegrenzt, selbst bei Nachfrage bei der Animation wurde uns gesagt dass die Animation keine Erlaubnis hat, anders sprachige Kinder zu betreuen. Am Abend keine Internationale Unterhaltung, nur französisch.Der Strand……

“A modern hotel in a neighbourhood that's still developing, up a rather steep hill but not more than 10 minutes’ walk from the old town. Entry to the room and hotel relied on a four-digit code you had to put into a keypad, which also activated the electricity. The room was comfortable and well insulated - important during a cold snap in low season - and I very much appreciated the effort made to put together a decent low-season breakfast box, including pastries, jam, an egg and fruit, plus……

“Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und hilfsbereit, Parkplatz war immer vorhanden, WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert, Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet, der Frühstücksraum im obersten Stockwerk hat eine super Aussicht geboten ”

“Das gebuchte Zimmer verfügte über keinen Balkon, jedoch war ein dekorativer "Fake-Balkon" vorhanden. Leider war es uns aufgrund der Höhe von ca. 3 Metern nicht möglich, das Fenster zu öffnen oder zu schließen, weshalb es permanent geöffnet blieb. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte alle zwei Tage und war stets tadellos. Lediglich der Duschvorhang wies eine leichte Undichtigkeit auf, was dazu führte, dass der Boden und die Vorleger nach dem Duschen nass wurden. Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft ist……

“The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. While the rooms themselves were quite pleasant and well-maintained, the buffet offerings were unfortunately below our expectations. We also found the path to the beach to be unclear and somewhat difficult to navigate. Despite these minor drawbacks, the kindness of the staff made for a generally positive experience. We hope future guests will find the directions to the beach more straightforward.”

“Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. ”
