“Never accept a room on the first floor. This is where they stick people they want to screw with. Loud, constantly banging external door, just beware. I will not spend another dime in that hotel (almost $300 per night) to have that crap. Go to Marriot instead and I spent probably 20 nights in this hotel until the staff decided to screw with me because I came in 20 minutes earlier than their 3 pm check-in.”

“So convenient to access hospital. Hotel parking only a short walk to the hospital. Room was clean however beds were lumpy with rubber mattress protectors that were noisy every time you moved in bed. A/C malfunctioning and a staff member came up to fix. It started to cool down and then malfunctioned again. 24 degrees and wouldn’t cool down. Had surgery in the morning and couldn’t deal with maintenance interruptions any longer. Needed some rest. Poor breakfast selection. Had stayed here previous……
