This house is located in one of the most privileged area in skiathos island!
By meaning that you have everything in a 100 meter range as Restaurant, Mini market, Bakery, Patisserie, bus stop, free parking , Playground, a small beach right below the house and 5 min walking from a fully organized beach with restaurants, water sports, etc!

The house can be characterized as being on the outskirts of Skiathos island but at the same time it is 5 minutes walking from the main street ( papadiamandi street) the heart of Skiathos!

The house has a huge private 3 level patio and a relaxing balcony with a panoramic breathtaking view!

Inside the house you may enjoy the sitting room with 48" tv,(Netflix), free Wi-Fi, air condition and Ceiling fan! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a relaxing shower, and one bedroom with a 32" tv, Ceiling fan and an extra comfortable Anatomical 3 layer queen bed!

This extra room is ideal for a second couple who would like to share their vacation in the same beautiful space, for a 3-4 member family , for adults or children who are quite old and have parental consent!

Absolutely Fabulous
We have travelled all over the world, stayed in some lovely 5* hotels , but none had a view as good as that from the terrace of Tassos’s lovely property. The photos barely do it justice, it’s breathtaking. In fact we smiled at a number of people who stood in front of the gates taking selfies with ‘our’ view in the background! The interior of the property is lovely too: spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped with top quality appliances in the kitchen where you could cook/prepare anything you want as everything is provided. Very helpfully a number of basic provisions are in the cupboards aswell. Tassos is a delightful man - really helpful from arranging transport to booking our first night meal. The property is very conveniently situated for the town and all amenities. There is a lovely little beach a few minutes walk from the property. Unhesitatingly recommend this lovely property!

The pictures do not do this property justice. The views are absolutely stunning as is the inside of the property. Our host Tassos is brilliant, we could not of wished for more from him meeting us at the airport to arranging our transport back. It was a privilege to stay in his home, he cares so much. His attention to detail inside his home is beautiful. The location was perfect. Thank you Tassos you really deserve to do well, you are brilliant! We can’t wait to return. Sharon and Nick 😍

5* accommodation with the best view on the island
Tassos was the perfect host, faultless communication before and during our stay, met us at the airport and arranged our transfers both ways for us, his beautiful house is only a short distance from the airport and is in an ideal location. There is a mini market, fruit shop and bakery within 2 minutes walk and the bus stop is also close by where you can hop on for €2 and go anywhere on the island. The house itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained and spotless, Every little detail has been thought about and it is very clear Tassos has put his heart into making sure his house is like a home from home. The view is also one of the best on the island. I had an unfortunate small accident during our stay and Tassos not only arranged transport to the medical centre immediately for us he also accompanied us to ensure we got treated. 30 minutes later I was back bandaged up. Impeccable service which we were most grateful for at such a worrying time. We had the most amazing time during our stay and we’re very sad when it was time to leave. We will definately be back next year to explore even more of this beautiful island.

Amazing views
We had a fantastic stay at Tassos’s house. It looked amazing and when we arrived it was even better than the pictures. The view was unbelievable and his home was modern, clean and had everything you need. The location was perfect, in a quiet area but only a short walk to the old town and port with shops and restaurants . A brilliant host. He was there for anything we needed and very helpful, he arranged the taxi from the airport too. We loved it thank you Tassos.

Had a wonderful week at Tassos beautiful home in Skiathos. The house, was perfect for a getaway with an absolutely stunning view of the Aegean Sea. A Very Clean beautiful home and location was perfect with being so close and within walking distance to everything in downtown Skiathos. Tassos has thought of everything you will need for your stay and is an amazing host. Also this location is within a short walking distance to bus stop for visiting many of the local beaches. Paradise in the sun
We saw by the listing of the property that it was lovely, but in reality it exceeded our expectations. Tassos was the perfect host, informative, really pleasant and always there if he was needed. Everything is close by so a car isn’t necessary unless you want to explore the beautiful island. We had a super time, thank you so much Tassos.
