“We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was simple, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe, and it was easy to call Uber for rides. LIRR access was also convenient, which made traveling to New York City and Stony Brook very manageable. The highlight was the beautiful backyard, which made the place feel relaxing.”

“Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette. A couple of improvements: -Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept. -Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable. ”

“There isn’t a “kitchen” but a minimum amenity was there and that was enough for me. Lots of dining options nearby. A quiet neighborhood and separate entry. Host was very responsive and accommodating. ”

The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.”
