“On arrival hotel tried to charge me again when I had already paid a deposit and remaining amount was being taken by card. We were then walked away from hotel to a very small dark staircase in between multiple restaurants. No tea/ coffee/ water in room, very loud on the evening till 2:30am. Would maybe suit non families and those who are looking for a louder evening stay. Bathroom was nice and well decorated.”
