“this Jacobs creek retreet is nothing to do with the wine Jacobs creek. the hotel is located quite far from the major road. room is relatively small. because the houses are very old, and close to the garden. there would have worms on the room floor. barth room is quite dark, though there is a bath tub. garden is very nice. owner is an old couple. “Appalling accommodation. Nothing like the photos or description.
The room was dusty, the toilet dirty and the TV didn’t work.
I rang the managing agent several times and they passed on messages to the owners but no one responded. I was given the owners number but they wouldn’t answer.
We had no TV for our whole 8 night stay. My wife cleaned the toilet, bathroom and kitchen and I dusted the furniture.
We were given a partial refund after checking out but do yourself a favour and go somewhere……
