“Unfortunately, it lacks a few basic amenities that are crucial for any traveler. The rooms don't have fridge nor mini bar, no phones, the hotel has no restaurant or cafeteria, the staff leaves at 11pm and comes back in the morning, no shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. They provide you with one bottle of water for the entire night. Good help you if you have a medical emergency or a stomach ache. Having said this, the staff tries really hard...maybe too hard! “This is a nice nh hotel in Santander . The parking was convenient . It’s near a very good restaurant called “El Bonito “ which was recommended by our receptionist. The breakfast buffet was average and was not so good compared tot the other nh hotels though the service here is better . Since this is an nh collection and not an nh cuidad .. the amenities are not very good. I didn’t see a gym in the hotel . The lobby was nice but sparse . But what stands out is the service . “I spent 4 days in Santander and the hotel is really good. Nice location, clean and staffs are very nice and helpful. They helped me to arrange for early check in and helped us to book the restaurants. I am pretty sure I will book this hotel again.”
