“The room was very clean and well planned, more than usual hotel rooms. Lots of wardrobe space and build in space to put your bag. The shower had a fixed shower glass screen which is much better than the flimsy doors or curtains that you sometimes get. ”

“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“Close to beach and in a quiet laidback area with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Easily accessible to Palma main town by bus (15 minutes). Large shopping Centre also within a 20 minutes walk, as well as local supermarkets. Staff also very warm and welcoming and helpful. ”
