We hiked to gorgeous mountain tops with the help of the staff, we lounged by the pool, slept like babies in the comfy beds, bathed like kings in the updated bathrooms and had amazing views from the two rooms we stayed in. Siam at the front desk made our trip wonderful. She guided us with maps, tour set-ups, and most of all: kindness. The hotel was quaint and comfortable and we had an amazing balcony room with a view of Alhambra. Definitely the highlight of our trip.

My stay in Granada (4 days) was made much more memorable by staying at this hotel. The staff was outgoing, accommodating, friendly, and amiable.
