“We drove our car there at night, the road was wiggly & dark ( no lights other than the car lights). For us it was a little nerve racking. The view was pretty in the morning. The room looked nice and clean, but the fridge was uncleaned, Staff were nice and welcoming. In the room description it said the mattress is Tempur-pedic, but that definitely wasn’t!. In the room descriptions it said we would get a bottle of sparkling wine, but we didn’t get that either. I opened the drawers under the bed……

“When booked the hotel was described as a “resort” which is why we planned the detour to its location. Upon arrival there was no staff to welcome us - a text to the number on the locked door was quickly returned with a lock box code to grant us enterance to our studio apartment. The advertised laundry facilities were not available for use, the swimming pool while open was in great need of maintenance or filtering ( both) and as such was not an attractive option for the afternoon. The restaurant……

“Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Zimmer völlig ausreichend für 1-2 Nächte, um die Samaria-Schlucht zu besuchen. Besitzer fährt einen zur Schlucht. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.”

Hotel Sauber und gepflegt. Im Zimmer alles vorhanden was du brauchst... TOP HOTEL!!!”
