They had no heat in the hallways etc. The staff was not friendly at all or willing to help other than one girl who gave me blankets. The pillows on the bed were yellow and stained. They have been in there a long time. The shower head was terrible. The smell was gross. The pull out bed had mouse droppings on it as well as stains and old gross dust. The floor needed cleaned.
