"The fireworks light up the place nightly as it is the Chinese New Year period. Breakfast was rather simple and not that lavish compared to other 5 stars hotel. Check out was rather messy even though there were less than 5 people but the Chinese just jumped the queue without a blink and the counter staff don't bothered at all. Managed to pass my key cards to a lady relationship staff Ms Ming and informed her about the non culture action."

"First time in Guilin and this hotel has offered its best to us. Room was very spacious. Staffs were very helpful which made our stay even better. Minute walk to 步行街 with lots of shops and dining option. Will definitely book again. "

"We have stayed for 2 nights during a trip back to China. This is a nice hotel with great location. It's next door is a shopping center with restaurants, Starbucks and an outside BBQ & bear garden. The room is big enough for 2 people, bathroom is clean and spacious. The only thing I noticed that lights in corridor and lift area are not bright enough. Overall it is a good place to stay. "

"Room service needs to improve its food quality and delivery service. Missing of food items ordered and the presentation is poor. Staff service is good though. "
