AMAZING BIT OF HISTORY
"The some of the previous reviews concerned me BUT how surprised was I!! I loved staying here. Yes, elements are dated but that was part of the charm for me. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathtub was a garden tub. The cafe on the 1st floor had incredible coffee and muffins AND there's a complimentary coffee station in the lobby if you prefer. The location is AMAZING! SO MANY GOOD FOOD OPTIONS WITHIN A 10 MINUTE WALK AT MOST! Even with paying for the valet I still came out cheaper than staying some else that "included parking." The valet service was lovely and diligent. You are staying downtown so expect to see the homeless. It's sad to see but I was not bothered by anyone.
I would totally stay here again."
