They have upgraded since the time have been there.
like that the building was converted in to a hotel
It was a nice affordable place. Our stay went well
Loved the room, great front desk customer service, location was wonderful
Very nice place. Super convenient and close to everything downtown. Room was comfy but rather small. Not a lot of space to move around. Definitely would recommend for anyone trying to take a quick trip to Dallas.
Beautiful, sophisticated, awesome. The premiere room is huge
The decor is very modern and up to date. Unfortunately, service and housekeeping being restricted up to certain time makes the experience worse. I have to say that FD didn't handle our request in the best manner possible. I would say for "one nighter" but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. ...
One of my fav place to stay in Dallas. Boyfriend came to visit from Spain & he loved everything about Hyatt!!
Top Notch Hotel~ From our beginning, starting with the hotel vehicle valet to the quiet private hotel bar. Staff was very knowledgeable & helpful. Stayed on 12th floor. Large newly remodeled room, new big flat screen T.V. Very nice pool on the 9th floor. Great get-away, close to museums and restaurants. ...
