“It was more than we expected the owner thought of everything that is needed when you’re away would definitely go back and recommend to anyone who fancy’s a stay in Cornwall ”

“To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more when it said condo. My room is a converted outbuilding about the size of a garage although all the other rooms seem to be in the main building and look a lot larger. The good points close to the city close to the train station is access to shops there is Parking around the corner for £10 for 24 hours and it was quite quiet where I was. The bad not terribly clean dead flies all on the windowsill. The dish cloth had Brown stains all over it the half……

“Lovely apartment in Royal William yard, easy check in process. Lots of lovely eateries near by. The apartment is beautiful, the bed super comfy, the whole place warm and cosy. As in the description there are no curtains or blinds at the windows due to planning regulations - so if you're a light sleeper take an eye mask. The stairs up to be mezzanine bedroom are narrow and steep, not a problem for us but could potentially be difficult.”

“Excellent location for Horle or Barbican”

“The flat is right on the Hoe, with amazing views, chill vibes and great access to the Barbican. I’d stay here again and again!”

“A lovely property in a great location. We had a lovely few days exploring the area, with lots to do. Property in good condition and plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 children. Great communications with the host prior to stay, would recommend it.”

“Excellent stay”

“The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat……

“Lovely peaceful spot in a rural location. The Barn was very clean and the scones and fizz were a lovely gesture. The only complaint would be that the matress in the double room is quite hard and uncomfortable but other than that we had a lovely stay.”
