“This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11\. The house is so beautiful and spacious and all the gathering areas near the pool, family room and outside made it so comfortable. The meals were exceptional and so generous. We loved that we could hike a short distance to 2 beaches and the ferry to Plymouth. The teens liked……

“Beautiful private retreat, very clean and quiet, Friendly staff. Only down side was that the sky light above the jacuzzi needs a blind because the room got very bright at 5am ideal if you will be up that early in the summer. Will definitely be coming back. ”

“Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. I will never book another pure service property again, & suggest you do the same. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Nowhere on my booking did it state id……
