“The Lodge itself was beautiful and comfortable ideal for a family or couple with a dog, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, and so spacious!... the views of Milbrook and Plymouth from Lodge 23 are astounding. A great place to relax. Although pet friendly, I think if you own just one, well behaved dog he or she should be allowed off-lead and monitored closely...but it's a no, I understand why, but my dog is a registered working dog and it was her holiday too. Maybe a dog area should be considered……

“The first thing we noticed was how clean the place was. The apartment was exactly how the pictures showed. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were some games and playing cards, books about the area and a nice map to get your bearings. It’s super close to all the amenities. One thing to bear in mind, this is an older building so you will hear the people above you. The first night we were there, the above apartment were doing laundry all through the night and it did keep us up as the……

“We had a lovely stay at this pretty and comfortable pod. Jean was very helpful and friendly and pod was very well equipped and laid out. No wasted space but plenty of room. Great shower, oodles of hot water and plenty of power points. Wi-Fi excellent and plenty of cosy touches. Thoroughly recommend for those who want a property that’s tucked away but the host is at the farmhouse nearby. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay and cuddles with your dogs!”
