"Despite rain nearly everyday of our stay, we managed to have a great time due to all the house has to offer - ample space, a chef's kitchen, board games, and a stately fireplace. When the rain did stop, we enjoyed the stream and fire pit outside. 30 kin to Kent Waterfalls State Park, a must see."

"The home and property were the perfect place to spend Christmas. There were two bedrooms on the first floor and three more on the second floor. We had a wonderful time. I was able to bake and prepare many special meals and goodies. The host had a few beautiful decorations for the holiday which gave it a feeling of home. The Christmas tree farm behind the property was picturesque for the season and the neighbors had lights in their trees and around their home."

"My friends and I stayed at aunty Phuong's farmhouse for a weekend, and it was the perfect spot for our little fall foliage getaway! The farmhouse was really cozy and had the perfect dining table for long nights of board games. The kitchen was well stocked. However, make sure to bring your own plastic wrap/tin foils if you anticipate needing these. The property also had a pond nearby, a swing set, and a zipline, all of which made our stay fantastic. "Property manager was very kind and responsive. Greatly enjoyed the views of the pond and the basement pool and ping pong tables. Great time playing these games with mybson as the weather wasn't conducive for water activities."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Squantz Cottage. Property was well maintained, clean, and convenient. Parking at the cottage can be a little tricky backing out and getting on to the road. An option to park at the main house could be helpful. I would definitely rent again!"
