Staff was welcoming and friendly. Loved that they had shuttle service to and from the parks. The room was cleaned but it had a musky smell, maybe because the air wasn't on. Breakfast provided was really good. We stayed there for a family Disney trip and the walk from the hotel to the park was a little brutal with children. Parking was also a miss. There wasn’t much parking available near our room.
