The property was nice and neighborhood was so quiet the thing that I didn’t like was that there was no tv in the rooms.
well organized and very clean hotel. Fast check in and check out. Great location. We stayed at executive level which had complimentary breakfast and evening snack reception which is nice. Beds are little small for 2 people. Overall we were happy with our stay
I like the fact that the manager was so patient and kind.. I work over night and the manager awaited my arrival and made sure I was content .
I loved the location of this hotel, close to a lot of food and USC. Only downsides are the smell in the room was mildewy and they need to replace their carpets as the current carpets look dirty and rundown. The room was clean but just the carpets visuals make it unappealing.
Sieu the owner was very helpful to make sure everything in good order. We had a good time in LA.
I like this place a lot. Easy check in process. Great shower but bring your own soap and shampoo (none provided) the towels were very soft and fresh, really comfortable bed. I slept like the dead.
I should have been suspicious when I had to be buzzed into the standing room only reception area and the person in reception was standing behind bulletproof glass!! Terrible area with music blaring on loudspeakers most of the night from across the street. I was there with my partner and they refused ...
