“The location is awesome. Beach is pretty private. When we stayed, the outdoor bar was not open. The restaurant was also closed. We had rented a car, so getting our own food was easy. Kitchen was furnished with all we needed except a toaster. Restaurants were a few miles away, so cooking our own food...at least breakfast was necessary. The property is beautiful and currently being renovated. Vanessa is an awesome host and was always available for our needs. If you are looking for a quiet……

“The staff was nice when we got there. During our stay we did have to look for staff to help us as one woman seemed to be running the cafe and the hotel. The room was over crowded with beds. There were unpatched holes in the walls in the room and bathroom. There was dirt and hair behind the toilet. There was not the proper remote for the tv and the curtain was falling off the wall. It was a lack of attention to detail. It was not worth the money. ”

“The property was clean, the staff was friendly enough, but there was no working WiFi in the room nor working TV. The 2 bed room had very small beds maybe for children. There was no effort to check in the WiFi but the day manager was apologetic. ”

“Stayed April 1 to 5. Location directions could be improved. It would help a lot if directed to the Brownstone building! Can't hardly see the advised number sign (even our taxi driver was confused and got lost). Once found, it was an easy check in. Got to the unit and it looked great! Upon further inspection and usage, here's the breakdown: - the bed mattress is very hard - was not a comfortable sleep - the bedframe cracks loudly when you are just turning - the kitchen was equipped to a minimum……

“Check in on arrival was disastrous, rude staff and not interested in doing their job. Room was supposedly a “Superior” room, 5-star quality, but was simply not even close. No door on bathroom. No door on closet (a curtain instead) and as basic as they come. Pool area we visited was very clean and service was good. Meals at top restaurants were excellent. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel and amenities are very expensive. This is not the place for budget conscious travel. Julie (Director) saved……

“The property clean and stunning. The first room was a garden view. It was so small I had to duck my head to not hit the tv to get to far side of bed. I spoke to manager who moved us to a city view larger room. It was roomier however no Dressor for clothing so living out of a suitcase and of course noisier. Not much night life at hotel or surrounding area. Most places close at 6:00 pm catering to cruise ships. The hotel restaurant was dark and stuffy, we waited 20 minutes without anyone taking a……
